The car is a special hopper car with cover for phosphate transportation, which is suitable for Saudi Arabia railway outline. It is equipped with 32.5t axle load low track force bogie, which can reduce the wheel/rail wear and improve the running stability of the cars.

該車為運輸磷酸鹽用的專用帶蓋漏鬥車，適應沙特鐵路限界配套。它裝用軸重32.5 t低動力作用轉向架，減輕輪軌磨耗，提高了車輛運行的穩定性。

Active RFID automatic control technology is utilized on  hatch cover and bottom door to realize the automatic control of opening and closing functions. It can achieve good coordination and matching with the equipment and facilities in loading and unloading yard and realize all-weather and unmanned operation. At the same time, the car is equipped with wired ECP braking device, which improves the longitudinal dynamic performance of the cars.
